Product Introduction
The fixed ESD Magazine Rack is a cost-effective, standard static-safe storage device tailored for mass production of standard-size circuit boards. Adopting high-quality permanent anti-static material, it maintains consistent surface resistance between 10⁴ and 10⁸ Ω, effectively eliminating static buildup and protecting sensitive PCBs and electronic components from ESD damage, dust adhesion and surface abrasion during production, testing and storage.
Different from adjustable models, this non-adjustable rack features fixed standard slot spacing, which delivers higher structural rigidity and more stable board positioning for long-term repeated use. Reinforced with an aluminum alloy bottom plate, the entire rack is anti-deformation, load-bearing and durable, avoiding base bending during stacking and frequent handling. All slots are finely polished with smooth burr-free surfaces to ensure safe board placement.
Stackable and lightweight, it greatly saves workshop space and fits perfectly with SMT automatic loaders and unloaders.
