Description
ESD Anti-Static Foams are formulated with permanently conductive additives integrated into the foam matrix, delivering consistent electrostatic discharge control and physical protection across a full range of industrial applications. The product line covers four core material types to match different performance and cost requirements.
- ESD EVA Foam: High-density closed-cell EVA foam with excellent resilience and impact absorption. Ideal for heavy component packaging, equipment base pads and shock-absorbing liners. Available in multiple hardness grades.
- ESD IXPE Foam: Electronically crosslinked polyethylene foam with ultra-low particle emission and smooth surface. Designed for Class 100-1000 cleanrooms, semiconductor handling and high-purity packaging.
- ESD PU Foam: Soft open-cell polyurethane foam with excellent conformability and compression recovery. Suitable for precision component cradles, gap filling and delicate surface protection.
- ESD EPE Foam: Lightweight expanded polyethylene foam for cost-effective general purpose packaging and transportation cushioning.
All foams can be custom fabricated into sheets, rolls, die-cut shapes and custom profiles. The ESD property is permanent and will not degrade with washing, friction or normal wear. Surface resistance is consistently maintained within standard static dissipative ranges.
Key Features
- Permanent ESD Dissipation – Conductive formulation built into the foam matrix, not a surface coating. Stable static performance throughout service life.
- Multiple Material Options – EVA, IXPE, PU and EPE available to match different cushioning, cleanliness and cost requirements.
- Excellent Shock Absorption – Closed-cell and open-cell structures deliver reliable impact protection for sensitive electronic components.
- Low-Particle Cleanroom Grade – IXPE and selected grades meet cleanroom particle emission standards for high-purity environments.
- Custom Fabrication – Available in sheets, rolls, die-cut shapes and custom profiles to fit exact application requirements.
- Durable & Resilient – Good compression recovery, aging resistance and chemical resistance for long-term industrial use.
- Lightweight & Cost-Effective – Light foam construction reduces shipping weight and overall packaging costs.
Product Advantages
- Permanent built-in ESD performance outlasts surface-coated foams, avoiding static failure from wear or cleaning.
- Full material portfolio covers everything from heavy-duty industrial cushioning to high-purity cleanroom applications.
- Custom die-cut and molding capabilities deliver ready-to-use parts that fit your products directly.
- Provides combined protection: electrostatic discharge prevention + impact cushioning + particle contamination control.
